Guided Husky Kicksledding Adventure!

Service Description

A unique blend of adventure, nature and learning about dogsledding. Ride your own sled and experience the excitement and passion our dogs have for running! We begin this fun outing with an introduction session about kicksledding and a lesson to prepare you for your adventure. Your guide will lead the way over the frozen lake, on a groomed trail. A true Canadian Experience that gets you outside and moving! After the trail ride, enjoy some hot chocolate and a snack while getting to know the dogs better and learn more about them. Kicksledding with dogs is a physical activity, the rider is required to help the dogs out when needed. Having a good amount of coordination and balance makes this experience a lot more enjoyable. If you have concerns about physical abilities or inquiries about bringing children along, please send us an email at info@northboundhuskies.com. **We do have the option to take participants on a dogsled should they not be able to ride their own sled- this needs to be indicated at the time of booking.** Minors: Children 17 and younger need to be accompanied by an adult. Children 12 and under get to ride on the guide's sled. It is the participants responsibility to dress themselves and their children for the weather, we do not rent out clothing.
